Meet Treena, Founder of Signs Around Us

Hi, I'm Treena, founder of Signs Around Us, and I'm so glad you're here.

I've always been curious about the patterns that shape our lives, why we think the way we do, the beliefs we hold, the choices we make, and the moments that quietly invite us to grow. That curiosity has led me to explore the connection between mindset, spirituality, manifestation, and personal growth, not in search of one perfect answer, but to better understand how meaningful, lasting change happens.

As I explored different approaches to personal growth, one idea continued to stand out: meaningful transformation begins with awareness. When we become more aware of our thoughts, beliefs, habits, and patterns, we create the opportunity to make more intentional choices and move through life with greater clarity and purpose.

That understanding became the foundation for Signs Around Us.

My background includes formal training in the Usui Reiki tradition, along with years of exploring personal growth and spiritual practices. Those experiences have shaped my perspective, but they've also reinforced something I believe deeply: no single practice, philosophy, or person has all the answers. Every experience offers an opportunity to learn, and every season of life invites us to grow in new ways.

Signs Around Us was created with a simple mission: to help people cultivate greater awareness of themselves so they can make choices that align with the life they want to create. Whether through services, guided meditations, educational content, or other resources I create, my hope is to offer tools, perspectives, and encouragement that inspire reflection, support personal growth, and help you discover what feels authentic to you.

I don't believe there's one path that's right for everyone. We all have different experiences, beliefs, and perspectives that shape who we are. Rather than telling you what to believe, I'd rather encourage curiosity, thoughtful reflection, and self-discovery, trusting that your own insights are often the most meaningful ones you'll find.
