Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Signs Around Us, we are committed to providing high-quality services delivered with intention and care. Please review the following policies before submitting a session request or completing payment.
Payment Confirmation
Sessions are confirmed only after availability has been approved and full payment has been received. Once your requested time is confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link with instructions to complete your booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session time in order to qualify for a refund (processing fees may apply). Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. If an appointment is booked less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, it is not eligible for a refund if canceled. In certain circumstances, a one-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please reply directly to your confirmation email with your preferred new date and time. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to your appointment and are subject to availability.
Session Start & Grace Period
Please be available at your scheduled Reiki session time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for connection. If we are unable to reach you within that time, the session will be marked as missed and is non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illness, emergencies, or technical difficulties, please notify us as soon as possible by replying to your confirmation email. If we are unable to attend a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Each situation will be reviewed individually.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically through a third-party payment platform. Upon successful purchase, you will receive access instructions directly from the platform. Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact signsaroundus@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.
Payment Processing & Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by financial institution but are typically reflected within 3–7 business days. Any payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older.
Client Acknowledgment
By submitting a session request and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined above, including cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms.
