Energy surrounds us all the time. From standing in line at the grocery store to interacting with coworkers or carrying your own thoughts and emotions, you are constantly engaging with energy fields—yours and others’. Some energy feels light and uplifting, while other energy can feel heavy or dense.
Learning to tune into your own energy helps you feel grounded, balanced, and aligned. This energy awareness practice allows you to release what no longer serves you, notice patterns in your energy, and strengthen your connection to your intuition and guidance.

Daily Energy Awareness Practice
This daily awareness practice takes just 5–10 minutes and can be done anywhere. It will help you understand your energy, release stagnant patterns, and move through your day with more clarity and calm.
1. Settle & Ground
Begin by finding a quiet spot where you can focus without distractions. Sit comfortably and take three slow, deep breaths. Let your body soften and your awareness settle into the present moment.
Visualize roots extending from the soles of your feet deep into the Earth. Feel the steady, nurturing energy of the Earth rising through your roots to fill your body.
Affirm quietly: "I am grounded, centered, and safe in my body."
This step helps you feel stable and supported before tuning into your energy.

2. Open & Observe
Place your hands on your heart, then move them to your solar plexus. Bring awareness to sensations in your body, such as warmth, tingling, heaviness, or lightness.
Affirm quietly: "This is energy moving. I allow it to show me what I need to know."
Notice whatever arises without judgment. By observing your energy, you begin to recognize patterns and areas that may need attention.
3. Process & Release
Now that you are aware of your energy, take a moment to ask your energy field: "Is there anything I need to release or understand today?"
Observe any thoughts, feelings, or images that surface. Instead of analyzing them, simply acknowledge them. Then, visualize any dense or heavy energy leaving your body and flowing down into the Earth, transforming into light and release. This step turns awareness into action. You are not just noticing energy, you are consciously clearing and letting go of what no longer serves you.
4. Seal & Align

Once you’ve processed and released, close your practice with alignment and protection. Visualize a soft golden-white light descending from above, surrounding your aura and filling you with peace.
Affirm: "I am aligned with love, light, and truth. My energy is my own." Take a deep breath and notice how your body feels lighter, more balanced, and grounded. This step reinforces your energetic boundaries and connects you to higher guidance.
5. Integrate Into Daily Life
After the practice, reflect for a moment on what you noticed. You can jot down a sentence or two in a journal about your energy, any patterns you observed, or insights that arose. Over time, this reflection strengthens your intuitive awareness and helps you see long-term patterns in your energy.
Even a few minutes a day can help you:
Feel calmer and more grounded
Release old patterns and stagnant energy
Strengthen intuition and connection to guidance
Build confidence in navigating energy
